These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 588pk. By creating an account or placing a wager on the 588pk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

Collusion, use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. 588pk employs real-time detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities on confirmed cases.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 588pk website, mobile platform, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 588pk ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). The existence of multiple accounts held by the same person — whether identified by CNIC, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. 588pk reserves the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588pk account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access your 588pk account for any reason.
You agree to notify 588pk immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 588pk will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
588pk employs 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring across all account sessions. However, no security system is infallible, and 588pk makes no warranty that the Platform is free from unauthor ised access by third parties.
You must ensure that you log out of your 588pk account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. 588pk accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
All financial transactions on the 588pk Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 588pk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and QR Pay. All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your 588pk account.
588pk reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed, or where the account is under active investigation. In such cases, 588pk will notify the account holder via registered email or live chat.
588pk does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 588pk accepts no responsibility.
588pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588pk Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial use, systematic data extraction, scraping, or reproduction of Platform content for any purpose outside of normal personal use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 588pk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
588pk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 588pk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 588pk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In the event of account closure due to breach of this Agreement, any balance held in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 588pk's discretion. Where account closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the original deposit method within 5 business days.

588pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to 588pk's independent dispute resolution service.
